November is Diabetes Awareness Month. I know that after having Gestational Diabetes, plus a family history of the disease, I am at a higher risk of ending up with it. A healthy lifestyle is a major factor in preventing Diabetes. Getting my exercise and eating right will not only keep me in shape and feeling good, it will also help avoid Diabetes.
Living a healthy lifestyle will help to prevent a host of diseases and conditions, like Diabetes, Heart Disease, cancers and more.
This is what will help keep me on track this week. What will your motivation be?
